महीने का चैथा शुक्रवार

प्रार्थना विषय: मनुष्यों के हृदय हेतु युद्ध

क्योंकि परमेश्वर का वचन जीवित, प्रबल और दोधारी तलवार से भी तेज है, वह प्राण और आत्मा, जोड़ों और गूदों दोनों को आरपार छेदता है और मन के विचारों, तथा भावनाओं को परखता है। (इब्रानियों 4ः 12)

शैतान अत्यन्त चालाक है और लोगों को छलने का उसे कम से कम 6,000 वर्षो का अनुभव है। शैतान ने हव्वा की बुद्धि को भ्रष्ट कर दिया और आदम और हव्वा ने परमेश्वर की आज्ञाओं को तोड़कर पाप किया इसलिए परमेश्वर की आत्मा उनमे से निकल गयी और शैतान ने उनकी आत्मिक आँखें बन्द कर दी।(2 कुरिन्थियों 4ः 4)

जब हम पश्चात्ताप करते और यीशु को प्रभु ग्रहण करते हैं तब परमेश्वर की आत्मा वापस लौट कर हमारे भीतर वास करती है और हम नया जन्म पाते हैं। अब हम अपने प्राकृतिक और तर्क बुद्धि से नियंत्रित नहीं परन्तु परमेश्वर की आत्मा से नियंत्रित होते हैं। परमेश्वर का वचन दो धारी तलवार है जो मस्तिष्क और आत्मा के बीच का सम्बन्ध काट डालता है। (इब्रानियों 4ः 12; रोमियों 8ः 9; 1 कुरिन्थियों 2ः 16)

हम शरीर के अनुसार नहीं लड़ते, परन्तु हमारे हथियार विरोधियों की कोरी कल्पनाओं, अहंकारी विचार तथा गलत भावनाओं इत्यादि, मस्तिष्क के गढ़ों को ढ़ा सकते हैं। तब ही बंधुए स्वतंत्र होकर, परमेश्वर की आत्मा को ग्रहण करेंगे। यदि आप ‘बलवन्त’ (शैतान) को बांधकर उसके गढ़ों को नाश नहीं करेंगे, तो आप कैसे बंधुओं की रिहाई की घोषणा करेंगे और कैसे आत्मिक आँखे खोलेंगे ? (2 कुरि. 10ः 3-5; मत्ती 12ः 29)

एक राष्ट्रपति के भ्रमण के दौरान, पूरा शहर स्वागत की तैयारी करता है। सभी गंदगी और अवैध कब्जा करने वाले हटाए जाते हैं। सड़कों की मरम्मत होती, भवनों की पुताई और स्वागत द्वार खड़े किये जाते हैं। स्मरण रखें कि राजाओं का राजा और प्रभुओं का प्रभु आपके नगर में शीघ्र आने वाला है। हमारे शहर पर अवैध कब्जा करने वाले शैतान को हटाना है और सारी आत्मिक गंदगी को दूर करना है जिससे हमारा शहर प्रभु यीशु का स्वागत करने के लिये पूरी तरह से सुसज्जित हो। प्रभु का स्वागत करने के लिये वहीं खड़े हो सकेंगे जिन्होंने इस कार्य में उत्साह पूर्वक भाग लिया है।

।। प्रार्थना ।।

1. ओ पिता आदि में वचन था और वचन परमेश्वर के साथ था और वचन परमेश्वर था। अब हम हमारे क्षेत्र के बलवंत (शैतान का प्रतिनिधि) के झूठ और धोखाधड़ी द्वारा अवैध कब्जे को सत्य वचन के दो धारी तलवार से काट कर अलग करते हैं। (यूहन्ना 1ः 1; कुरिन्थियों 10ः 19-21)

2. प्रभु आपकी ओर से हम हर एक जाति, हर एक कुल और भाषा के हर एक विश्वासी को सतर्क करते हैं कि यदि वे अपने जाति को अपनी गवाही के द्वारा शिष्य नहीं बनाएंगे तो ये ‘पत्थर चिल्ला उठेगें’। (लूका 19ः 40)

3. ओ पिता आप एक न्यायी परमेश्वर है। समय निकट आ रहा हैं जबकि आप जीवतों और मृतकों का न्याय करेंगे। इस कारण हम सब लोगों को चेतावनी देते हैं कि अपने पापों का अंगीकार करें, पश्चत्ताप करें और यीशु को अपने जीवन का प्रभु ग्रहण करें और उद्धार पाएं। (प्रकाशितवाक्य 18ः 1-4)

4. प्रभु हम उन मसीहियों के लिये प्रार्थना करते हैं जो ज्ञान प्राप्त कर स्वर्गीय वरदानों का स्वाद चख चुके हैं, पवित्रात्मा की सहभागिता पा चुके और जानते हैं कि न्याय का दिन आने वाला है, तो भी उन्होंने आत्मा जीतने का कोई प्रयास नहीं किया। प्रभु जी वे शीघ्र ही फलदायी होने का प्रयत्न करें ताकि उनका नाम मेम्ने की पुस्तक में से काटा नहीं जाय। (इब्रानियों 6ः 4-6)

5. ओ पिता, हम प्रार्थना करते हैं कि इस देश के ऊपर पवित्र आत्मा बहुतायत से ऊंडेली जाय, ताकि यह श्रापित भूमि चंगी हो जाय, और यहाँ पर न्याय, भलाई, धर्मिकता शांति और उन्नति होने पाए। प्रभु आप एक टूटे और पिसे हुए मन को तुच्छ नहीं जानते। (भजनसंहिता 51ः 17; यशायाह 32ः 15-18)

6. प्रभु हम आपके स्वागत के लिए परिश्रम करने वालों के लिये धन्यवाद देते है। हमारे मन के ज्ञान की आँंखों को और खोलिये ताकि हम अपनी बुलाहट, आशा, उत्तराधिकार और मसीह यीशु में महिमा के धन को पहिचाने।(इफिसियों 1ः 17-18)

Subject: Battle for the Minds of Men

“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” (Hebrews 4: 12)

The devil is cunning and has at least 6,000 years of experience in deceiving people. The devil attacked Eve at the level of her mind and both Adam and Eve ended up disobeying God. Disobedience resulted in the Spirit of God leaving them. They could no longer see God because Satan had blinded their mind’s eyes. (2 Corinthians 4: 4) 

Now when we confess our sins and repent and accept Jesus as Lord then the Spirit of God returns to dwell within us and we are born again. We are no longer controlled by our natural and logical minds but by the Spirit of God. If any one does not have the Spirit and the mind of Christ then he is not His own (Romans 8: 9, 1 Corinthians 2: 16). It is the word of God, which like a sword cuts asunder the connection between the human mind and the human spirit and replaces them with the Mind and the Spirit of God. (Hebrews 4: 12)

We battle not with flesh but our weapons can demolish strongholds in the minds of the people. Only then are the captives set free to receive the Spirit of God. Unless you bind and expel the strongman and demolish his strongholds from the minds of the people, how else can you break the chains of oppression, restore spiritual sight and proclaim liberty to captives? (Luke 4: 18, Matt. 12: 29)

During the Presidential visit, the whole city is prepared to receive him. All the rubbish and the squatters are removed. The roads are repaired, the buildings are painted and welcome arches are erected everywhere. Remember the King of kings and Lord of lords is coming soon. We have to remove ‘devil the squatter’ and all the spiritual filth and make sure that our city is all spruced up to welcome Jesus. We need to get into the fast track to finish the task.

:: PRAYER :: 

1. O Father, ‘In the beginning was the word and the word was with God, and the word was God’. With that two-edged sword, which is the Word of God, we now divide asunder the hold of the strongman who through deception and lies controls the minds of the people. (John 1: 1; 1 Corinthians 10: 19-21)

2. Lord, on Your behalf we warn every believer of every nation, tribe, and language that if they will not make disciples of all nations by giving their testimony then the stones will cry out. (Luke 19: 40)

3.O Father, You are a just God. We pray that people should know that the time is drawing near, when You will judge the living and the dead. Therefore, we proclaim to all you people that you confess your sins, repent and accept Jesus as the Lord of your life and be saved before it is too late. (Revelation 18: 1-4)

4. Lord, we pray for those Christians who were once enlightened and have tasted the heavenly gift and had become partakers of Holy Spirit and know the judgment to come, yet have made no effort to win over any soul. Lord! We intercede for them that they may urgently seek to be fruitful so that their names may not be blotted out from the Book of the Lamb. (Hebrews 6: 4-6)

5. O Father, we pray that the Holy Spirit may be poured in abundance on this land, so that this land will be healed and there will be justice, godliness, peace and prosperity. Lord You will not despise a broken and a contrite spirit. (Psalm 51: 17; Isaiah 32: 15-18)

6. O Lord, thank You for giving us the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus with the eyes of our hearts enlightened, we know what is the hope of our calling and our inheritance and the riches of glory in Christ Jesus... (Ephesians 1: 17-18)
