प्रार्थना विषय: राजाओं, प्रशासकों और अधिकारियों हेतु प्रार्थना

अब मैं सबसे पहिले यह शिक्षा देता हूँ कि, विनती और प्रार्थना, और निवेदन, और धन्यवाद, सब मनुष्यों के लिये किये जाएं। राजाओं, और सब ऊँचे पदवालों के निमित, इसलिये कि हम विश्राम और चैन के साथ सारी भक्ति और गंम्भीरता से जीवन बिताएं। यह हमारे उद्धारकत्र्ता परमेश्वर को अच्छा लगता, और भाता भी है। वह यह चाहता है कि सब मनुष्यों का उद्धार हो, और वे सत्य को भली भांति पहिचान लें। (1 तीमुथियुस 2ः 1-4)

नये नियम में दसवांश देने का कोई आदेश नहीं है। केवल प्रेरित अर्थात कलीसिया रोपकों तथा अन्य जातियों के मध्य कार्य करने वाले प्रचारकों के लिये आर्थिक सहायता का प्रावधान है। स्थानीय पास्टरों के लिए कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है।  (प्रेरितों के काम 5ः 2; 1कुरिन्थियों 9ः 14)

“Therefore, I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and for all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” (1 Timothy 2: 1-4)

प्रार्थना विषय: अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय सरकारें और उनके अगुवे

मेरे ही द्वारा राजा राज्य करते हैं और अधिकारी धर्म से विचार करते हैं। मेरे ही द्वारा राजा, हाकिम और रईस और पृथ्वी के सब न्यायी शासन करते हैं। जो मुझ से प्रेम रखते हैं उन से मै भी, प्रेम रखता हूँ। (नीतिवचन 8ः 14-15)

राजा, राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री इत्यादि सांसरिक शासक हैं परन्तु मध्यस्थों के पास अन्यायी शासकों और उनके राज्यों को बदल डालने की सामर्थ है। बाइबल ऐसे मध्यस्थों के उदाहरण से भरी पड़ी है जैसे कि मूसा, दानिय्येल, नहेमायाह, एलिय्याह, शमूएल, एस्तेर, और योना जिन्होंने उन देशों के इतिहास को बदल डाला। प्रभु के आगमन की तैयारी में आज भी करोड़ों मध्यस्थ संसार को बदलने में जुटे हुए हैं। (प्रेरितों के काम 17ः 6; 1 कुरिन्थियों 15ः 24-25)

कुप्रुस द्वीप के नागरिक सोचते थे कि उनका राज्यपाल सर्जियस उन पर शासन करता है। परन्तु पौलुस और बरनबास की पहिली मिशनरी यात्रा के दौरान पता चला कि यथार्थ में शैतान स्वयं इलिमास नामक तांत्रिक के द्वारा राज्यपाल को नियंत्रित कर राष्ट्र पर शासन कर रहा है। पौलुस ने तुरन्त राज्यपाल को छुटकारा दिलाकर उसे कुप्रुस का ‘शान्ति का मनुष्य’ बनाया। (प्रेरितों के काम 13ः 6-12)

विनाश करने वाला संसार के विनाश करने में पूरी तरह से व्यस्त है। वह विश्व स्तर पर प्रभावशाली राष्ट्रीय नेताओं और प्रशासकों पर नियंत्रन रखता है। हमारे अनेक मंत्री एवं शासक कोई महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय बिना अपने तांत्रिक की सलाह के नही ले सकते। चुनाव के समय तो नेता लोग, तांत्रिको, ज्योतिषियों तथा जादू-टोन्हा करने वालों के पास तांता सा लगा देते हैं। कई देशों के राष्ट्रपति और प्रधान मंत्री, शैतानी शक्तियों से खूनी वाचा बांधते हैं और ज्योतिषियों तथा तांत्रिकों से हमेशा घिरे रहते हैं जिन्हें नियंत्रित करके शैतान सम्पूर्ण राष्ट्र पर शासन करता है।

धूर्त शैतान हमारी अज्ञानता का फायदा उठाकर बिना रूकावट के राष्ट्रों पर शासन करता है। जब हम मसीह के नाम से मध्यस्थता के अधिकार का उपयोग करते हैं तो शैतान निरस्त हो जाता है और हम राष्ट्र पर शासन करने लगते हैं जो हमारा नया जन्म सिद्ध अधिकार है। (यशायाह 5ः 13-14, 54ः 16-17)

।। प्रार्थना ।।

1. ओ प्रभु, जीवते परमेश्वर के हाथों में पड़ना एक भयानक बात है। हम सभी राजाओं, राष्ट्रपतियों, प्रधानमंत्रियों और अधिकारियों को घोषणा करते हैं कि न तो बल से, और न शक्ति से, परन्तु प्रभु की आत्मा के द्वारा वे शासन करें। पिता हम प्रार्थना करते हैं कि शासक शैतान के साथ वाचा न बांधे और न ही उन झूठे भविष्यवक्ताओं से, जो राष्ट्र का विनाश करते हैं परन्तु वे भय से थरथराते हुवे आपकी आराधना करें। (जर्कयाह 4ः 6; इब्रानियों 10ः 31)

2. प्रभु हम प्रार्थना करते हैं कि देश एक दूसरे के साथ युद्ध न करें, और न आतंक, शोषण या एक दूसरे की निन्दा न करें परन्तु प्रेम और शान्ति से रहें। प्रभु उन्हें जानने दे कि बन्दूक की नली से सामर्थ नहीं बहता परन्तु समस्त शक्ति आपके पास से आती है। (यिर्मयाह 20ः 10; गलतियों 6ः 7)

3. ओ, प्रभु आप राष्ट्रों के शासक हैं। हम प्रार्थना योद्धा 10ह्/40ह् खिड़की के देशों के अगुवों को उद्धार हेतु निरंतर प्रार्थना में उठाते हैं कि वे, धार्मिकता के नियम, न्याय और शान्ति का राज्य स्थापित करें। (1 शमुएल 12ः 23)

4. प्रभु शीर्ष अगुवों तक वचनों को पहुंचने में हमारी सहायता कर। न उनके चेहरों से और न परिणामों से भयभीत हों, परन्तु हमेशा यह स्मरण रखे कि हम आपके राजदूत हैं। (यिर्मयाह 1ः 7-8; प्रेरितों के काम 26ः 24-29)

5. हम विशेषकर उन देशों के अगुवों के लिये प्रार्थना करते हैं जिनके हृदय कठोर और सुसमाचार के प्रकाश हेतु बन्द हैं। हे पिता आप उन्हें एक नया हृदय दें, और अपनी पवित्रात्मा के सामर्थ से उनकी आँखें खोलें।(यहेजकेल 36ः 24-25)

6. प्रभु, हम आपके आश्वासन के लिये धन्यवाद देते हैं कि हमारी मध्यस्थता के द्वारा राष्ट्रों का परिवर्तन होगा, और आपके नाम की महिमा होगी। हे सनातन फाटको अपना सिर ऊँचा करो ताकि महिमा का राजा भीतर आ सके। (भजनसंहिता 24ः 7)

Subject: International Governments and their Leaders

“Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom... And power are mine. By Me kings reign and rulers decree justice and princes, nobles and the judges rule the earth. I love those who love Me, and those who seek Me diligently will find Me.” (Proverbs 8: 14-17)

Kings, Presidents, Prime Ministers and others are the earthly rulers, but the intercessors have the power to change unjust rulers and their kingdoms. The Bible is full of examples of intercessors like Moses, Daniel, Nehemiah, Elijah, Samuel, Esther, Jonah and others that changed the kingdoms and the histories of those countries. The disciples of the Lord have the power to turn the world upside down. Praise God that even today the intercessors are changing the world and preparing it to receive the King of kings. 

The citizens of Cyprus thought that they were ruled by their governor Sergius Paulus, a man of intelligence. But when Paul and Barnabas visited him in their first missionary journey, they discovered that in reality it was the devil who through Elymas the sorcerer, controlled the governor and ruled the nation. Paul quickly bound the strongman, thus releasing the governor to become the ‘man of peace’ for Cyprus. (Acts 13: 6-12)

The Destroyer is busy destroying the world. He is able to do this on a global scale by influencing national leaders and governments. One of our Prime ministers would not step out of the house or hold an important meeting without first taking advice from his Tantrik (sorcerer). Presidents and Prime ministers of many countries make covenants with demonic powers and routinely consult astrologers and sorcerers through whom Satan controls entire nations. 

The Deceiver rules the nations unchecked because of our ignorance. He can only be stopped by us taking our authority in Christ and then taking possession through intercession and proclamation. (Isaiah 47: 12-15-14)

:: PRAYER :: 

1. O Lord it is a fearful thing to fall in the hands of the living God. We proclaim to all the kings, presidents, prime ministers and those in authority ‘Not by might nor by power but by My Spirit says the Lord’. Father we pray that rulers and those in authority will break their covenants with the devil and will not consult astrologers, sorcerers and the false prophets of the Destroyer of the nations but tremble, fear and worship You. (Zechariah 4: 6; Hebrew 10: 31)

2. Lord we pray that nations may not war with each other nor oppress, exploit or defame each other, but live in love and peace. Lord let them know that power does not flow from the barrel of the gun but all power comes from You. (Jeremiah 20: 10, Galatians 6: 7)

3. O Ruler of nations, we pray for salvation of the leaders of the countries in the 10°/40° window. That prayer warriors in every country will continually uphold the leaders in prayer and enforce the rule of righteousness, justice and peace. (Samuel 12: 23)

4. Lord help us to boldly proclaim the word to the top leaders. That we will not be afraid of their countenance and the consequences but always remember that we are ambassadors of Christ the King.(Jeremiah 1: 7, 8; Acts 26: 24-29)

5. We pray especially for leaders of those countries whose hearts are hardened and closed to the light of the gospel. We pray that You give them a new heart and open their eyes by the power of Your Holy Spirit.(Proverb 13: 13)

6. Lord we thank You for choosing us to stand in the gap for nations with the assurance that through our intercession nations will transform and glorify Your name. Lift up your heads you everlasting gates that the King of glory can come in. (Psalm 24: 7)
