लूका अध्याय 10 पर आधारित

उद्देश्य: फसल को काटना

समस्या: मज़दूर थोड़े हैं

कार्य विवरण: ‘बलवन्त’(शैतान) को बांधना और नष्ट करना, शान्ति के संतान खोजना, एक तेजी ये बढ़ती कलीसिया रोपण करना, मज़दूर तैयार करना और फसल काटना।

1. दो-दो साथ जाएं: अधिक समान न लेकर चलें। स्मरण रखें कि आप मेम्ने के समान जा रहे हैं और भेड़िये (दुष्टात्माएं जिनका अगुवा बलवंत कहलाता है) आपका इन्तजार कर रहे हैं। इसलिये गुप्त प्रवेश करें। प्रार्थना भ्रमण, कानूनी और गैर कानूनी प्रवेश द्वारों (अधोलोक के फाटकों) को प्रगट करेगा। रास्तें में किसी को अभिवादन भी ना करें। स्मरण रखें आप बलवंत (शैतान) और उसके गढ़ों को खोजकर नष्ट करने के मिशन पर हैं। (लूका 10ः 1-4)

चुपचाप जाने का प्रमुख कारण है कि जाते जाते आप अनेक प्रकार की प्रार्थनाए करने में व्यस्त हैं पहिला: परमेश्वर ने कहा है कि उस इलाके के जाति जाति को मांग (भजनसंहिता 2ः 8)। दूसरा: फसल के स्वामी से मज़दूर भेजने हेतू प्रार्थना (मत्ती 9ः 37-38)। तीसरा: उस क्षेत्र के बलवन्त और उसके गढ़ों की पहचान के लिए प्रार्थना। चैथा: शान्ति के मनुष्य को प्रगट करने की प्रार्थना (मत्ती 10ः 11)। अन्त में उस इलाके के सभी परिवारों के लिए आशीष की प्रार्थना। (उत्पत्ति 12ः 3)

2. बलवन्त (शैतान) को बांधे: उसके द्वारा निर्मित सभी गढ़ों को नष्ट करें जैसे कि, जादू टोन्हा के केन्द्र, मदिरा-पान, अश्लील, साहित्य, फिल्म, विडियों, तस्करी, नास्तिकता और धार्मिक गढ़, पैसों की पूजा को न भूलें, और साधारण घरों का मूर्ख बक्सा ;ज्ण्टण्द्ध। परमेश्वर चाहता है कि आप बलवन्त की सम्पति (लोगों) को लूट कर अपनी सम्पत्ति बना लें। (मत्ती 12ः 29)

3. शान्ति का घर खोजें: एक शान्तिपूर्ण घर को खोजना कलीसिया रोपण की रणनीति का महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। यह आपके कार्य करने का केन्द्र (कलीसिया) होगा, जहाँ से आप परमेश्वर के राज्य की स्थापना हेतु कार्य करेंगे। प्रभु यीशु एक यहूदी रब्बी था उसने यहूदी घरों में, यहूदी संस्कारों में, यहूदी शिष्यों को प्रशिक्षण दिया। शान्ति के घर, जातियों को उनकी स्वयं की भाषा एवं संस्कृति में शिष्य बनाने का सबसे उत्तम माध्यम है। शान्ति के घर में ही परमेश्वर साधारण लोगों को असाधारण वरदानी सेवकों में बदल देगा।

प्रार्थना भ्रमण करते समय हर एक परिवार को आशीष देते जाएं (उत्पत्ति 12ः 3)। अधिकार के साथ दुष्टात्माओं को बांधे और बंधुओं को स्वतंत्र करते और आशीष देते चलें जब तक कि शान्ति का मनुष्य आपका स्वागत नहीं करता। वहीं खायें और रहें। आप इस परिवार को परमेश्वर के परिवार में जुड़ने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं इस कारण केवल एक औपचारिक धार्मिक प्रचारक के समान नहीं परन्तु परिवार के एक सदस्य की तरह बर्ताव करें (इफिसियों 2ः 19)। घर घर में न जाएं (मत्ती 10ः 5)। जब उस स्थान पर बहुत से विश्वासी हो जाएंगे तब आप घर-घर जा सकते हैं। (लूका 10ः 5-8 प्रेरितों के काम 20ः 20)

कुरनेलियुस और लुदिया के समान, शान्ति के संतान परमेश्वर का भय रखते हैं और आर्थिक रूप से सम्पन्न होते हैं अन्यथा वे आप और आपके साथियों की भोजन व्यवस्था और देखभाल नहीं कर सकेंगे। शायद वे अभी मसीही नहीं हैं। जब आपने एक बार उन्हें खोज लिया तब आपका कत्र्तव्य है कि न केवल उन्हें विश्वास में लाएं परन्तु उनके घर में कलीसिया रोपण भी करें।

कुरनेलियुस और लुदिया के समान शान्ति का मनुष्य स्थानीय लोगों को जानता है और इस कारण वे उसके घर में अपने मित्रों और रिश्तेदारों के साथ एकत्र होंगे। पहिले, दुष्टात्माओं को निकाल भगाएं और बीमारों के लिये प्रार्थना करें (मत्ती 10ः 8) प्रभु यीशु जहाँ कही भी गये उन्होंने पहिले दुष्टात्माओं को निकाला और बीमारों को चंगा किया, उसके बाद वे प्रचार करते थे। इसी प्रकार प्रचारक फिलिप्पुस जब सामरिया प्रचार करने गया तो दुष्टात्माएं जोर से चिल्लाते हुए बाहर निकलीं और बीमार लोग चंगे हुए। बिना शाक्ति प्रदर्शन के नये नियम की कलीसियाएं स्थापित नहीं हुंई। शक्ति प्रदर्शन से वहाँ पर प्रभु के भय का एक स्वस्थ वातावरण तैयार होगा और लोग पूछेगें ‘‘हम क्या करें।’’ (प्रेरितों के काम 8ः 5-6)

4. अब शिष्य बनाइये: शिष्य बनाने के लिये बाइबल स्कूल में प्रशिक्षण पाकर वैतनिक प्रचारक बनना अनिवार्य नहीं है। प्रभु के शिष्य बनाने का नमूना, उसके शिष्यों के बीच उनकी जीवन शैली, उन्हीं के साथ भोजन करना, वैसे ही कपड़े पहिनना और सामान्य सुविधाओं का उपयोग करते थे। यीशु ने अपने शिष्यों को दुष्टात्माएं निकाल कर, बीमारों को चंगा कर, गरीबों और पापियों से संगति कर, मित्रों और शत्रुओं दोनों के लिये अपना जीवन दे कर प्रशिक्षण दिया था।

शैतान के झूठ को उजागर करना, जब तक कि वे पश्चात्ताप नहीं करते (मत्ती 4ः 17)। टूटा और खेदित हृदय, परमेश्वर के योग्य बलिदान है जिसे वह कभी तिरिस्कार नहीं करेगा। प्याज को छीलने के समान उन्हें अपने पापों का अंगीकार परत दर परत करना होगा। छिपे हुए पाप एक विश्वासी को नामधारी मसीही बना देते हैं। अपने सभी पीढ़ियों के श्रापों को पहिचान कर तोड़ा जाना चाहिये।

इब्रानियों 6ः 1-2 हमें आधार मूल शिक्षा के छः महत्वपूर्ण शीर्षकों का पाठ्यक्रम देता हैं। जिसमें मरे हुए कामों से पश्चात्ताप, परमेश्वर पर विश्वास, जल संस्कार की शिक्षा, हाथ रखना, मृतकों में से पुनरूत्थान और अन्तिम न्याय शामिल हैं। शिष्यता एक प्रक्रिया है मात्र एक घटना नहीं। (लूका 24ः 47; भजन 51ः 17)

5. बिना देर किये शुद्धिकरण का स्नान करायेंः यहूदी जिन्होंने पाप किया था या अन्यजाति के लोग जो यहूदीवाद में धर्मातंरण करने को इच्छुक होते थे वे मंदिर के आस पास के कुंडो ;डपाअमद्ध में जाकर, शुद्धिकरण का स्नान लेते थे। उन्हें याजक की आवश्यकता नहीं होती थी। दो या तीन गवाह पर्याप्त होते थे। जल संस्कार, परमेश्वर के साथ नये विश्वासी का व्यक्तिगत वाचा का संकेत है। उन्हें मंदिर जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं थी, परन्तु कहीं भी शुद्धता का स्नान ले सकते थे जैसे कि इथोपिया के खोजा ने एक तालाब में, लुदिया ने नदी में और कुरनेलियुस ने अपने घर में लिया था।

नये नियम में कहीं भी बपतिस्मा देने का अधिकार केवल पास्टरों को नहीं दिया गया है। हर एक स्त्री या पुरूष विश्वासी को जलसंस्कार देने का अधिकार है (मत्ती 28ः 19)। नये नियम के समय में लोगों के पश्चात्ताप और यीशु पर विश्वास लाने के बाद तुरन्त बपतिस्मा दिया जाता था। जल संस्कार देने में देरी करने में आत्माओं की फसल बरबाद हो सकती है। (प्रेरितों के काम 19ः 5-6)

6. आज्ञा मानने का अर्थ है पूरी तरह से समर्पित होकर प्रभु यीशु के अधिकार में आना। इसके लिये पुराना मनुष्यत्व त्यागकर नए मनुष्यत्व को पहिन लेना आवश्यक है (रोमियों 6ः 6; कुलु. 3ः 9)। पास्टर, प्रचारक बिशप या कोई भी हो, हर एक को नये जन्म की जरूरत है इसीलिए प्रभु ने निकुदेमुस जैसे शीर्ष धर्म गुरू को नए जन्म की शिक्षा दी थी। 

परमेश्वर के परिवार के सदस्यों के साथ सहभागिता रखना चाहिये, एक साथ भोजन करना चाहिये, ऐसा समाज जो पद, स्तर और जातिवाद की समस्याओं से भरा हो वहाँ एक साथ भोजन करना सबसे महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तन है। प्रेरतीय शिक्षा देना चाहिये जो लोगों को सभी जाति को शिष्य बनाने के लिये चुनौति देता है। अन्त में उन्हें एक चित होकर मध्यस्थता की प्रार्थना करना चाहिये जैसा कि हमारा प्रभु विगत 2000 वर्षों से कर रहा है। (प्रेरितों के काम 2ः 42; इब्रानियों 7ः 25)

सबसे पहली शिक्षा आत्मिक मल्लयुद्ध की देनी चाहिये क्योंकि निकाली गई दुष्टात्माएं, सात और अधिक खतरनाक दुष्टात्माओं के साथ वापस लोटेगी और यदि यह व्यक्ति अपने को सुरक्षित नहीं कर सका तो उसकी स्थिति पहिले से भी बद्तर हो जायेगी। इसी कारण एक विश्वासी का, दुष्टात्माओं को बाहर निकालना ही उसके विश्वासी होने की प्रथम पहिचान है। (मत्ती 12ः 43-45; मरकुस 16ः 17)

7. संसारिक आशीषों को बांटे: नये विश्वासियों को अपनी सांसारिक आशीषे बाटना सीखना चाहिये। सारपत की गरीब विधवा ने अपनी अंतिम रोटी भी परमेश्वर के सेवक एलिय्याह को खिला दिया था। गरीबी एक श्राप है (व्यवस्थाविवरण 28ः 48) जो देने के द्वारा तोड़ी जा सकती है। उन्हें दान (पैसा या वस्तु) देना पहिले दिन से सिखाएं। दान पास्टर को नहीं परन्तु प्रेरितों प्रचारकों के चरणों में रखा जाए ताकि कलीसिया रोपकों के सहायता के लिए खर्च किया जाए। आत्मिक धर्मान्तरण के अतिरिक्त आर्थिक रूपान्तरण भी आवश्यक है। (प्रेरितों के काम 5ः 2; 1कुरिन्थियों 9ः 14)

8. एक गृह कलीसिया आरम्भ करें: इसमें कोई विशेष अगुवा नहीं होता परन्तु एक खुले नमुने (1 कुरिन्थियों 14ः 26-31) पर आधारित होती है। अकेले अगुवाई करने के बदले आरम्भ ही से सब को उत्साहित करें। साथ ही दर्शन, भविष्यवाणीं और प्रकाशन तथा गवाही देने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें। ‘‘एक दूसरे’’ की सेवकाई करने पर जोर दें जो नये नियम में 44 बार उपयोग किया गया है। यह निश्चित करें कि हर एक भाग ले, और केवल एक या दो व्यक्ति ज्यादा बात न करें। उन्हें आरम्भ से ही संख्या में गुणित ;डनसजपचसलद्ध होने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें कि वे अपने नये पाए विश्वास को अपने बिरादरी के साथ बांटे। उन्हें खेतों में, कार्य स्थलों में, कार्यालय में, चाय तथा भोजन के अवकाश के समय, स्कूल, रसोई, सामुदायिक कँुआ, कभी भी और कहीं भी मिलने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें क्योंकि जहाँ दो या तीन प्रभु के नाम पर एकत्र होते हैं वहाँ वे उपस्थित होते हैं। (मत्ती 18ः 20)

9. सुसज्जित करना: एक दिन विश्वव्यापी कलीसिया केवल आराधना और स्तुति करेगी। परन्तु अभी कलीसिया का लक्ष्य सब जातियों को शिष्य बनाना है। भविष्यवक्ताओं, प्रेरितों, शिक्षकों और दूसरो को अपने शहर के दूसरी कलीसियाओं से निमंत्रित करें। इससे शीघ्र ही आपकी कलीसिया के विभिन्न वरदान प्रगट होंगे तथा नये नियम में आराधना के लिये विशेष भवन के निर्माण के लिये कोई प्रावधान नहीं है क्योंकि परमेश्वर इन आराधनालयों में नहीं रहता। मंदिर का परदा फट जाने के बाद परमेश्वर ने मनुष्य के हृदय को अपना निवास स्थान बना लिया है (प्रेरितों के काम 7ः 48-49; 2 कुरिन्थियों 6ः 16)

साथ ही शहर में एकता आ जाएगी। कलीसिया रोपण, पास्टर, शिक्षक और प्रचारकों के वश की बात नहीं है। बिना प्रेरितों और भविष्यवक्ताओं के कलीसिया रोपण कार्यक्रम नहीं होता। (इफिसियों 2ः 20; 3ः 5-6)

गुरू और शिक्षक में जमीन आसमान का अन्तर होता है। शिक्षक केवल ज्ञान का स्थानान्तरण करता है परन्तु गुरू के जीवन शैली का भी अनुकरण किया जाता है। इसलिये पौलुस कहता है कि तुम्हारे पास हजारों शिक्षक होंगे पर मेरा अनुसरण करो। भाषण विधि सबसे कम प्रभावकारी तरीका है। इसलिए गृह कलीसिया की समय, असमय, वाद विवाद, समझाना बुझाना, उलाहना देना, डांटना और प्रोत्साहन  द्वारा शिष्य बनाने की प्रक्रिया से विस्फोटक रूप से कलीसिया बढ़ाने वाले तरीके अपनाइए। शिष्यों ने यरूशलेम से रोम तक थोड़े ही समय में पूरे क्षेत्र को कलीसियाओं से भर दिया था। (प्रेरितों के काम 18ः 4, 19, 26; 19ः 8-10)

10. विदाई दीजिये: प्रशिक्षित लोगों के लिये उपवास, प्रार्थना कर कलीसिया रोपण की उन पर हाथ रख कर सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया को पूरा दोहराने के लिये उन्हें भेजें। प्रभु यीशु ने कहा ‘‘जैसे पिता ने मुझे भेजा, मैं भी तुम्हें भेजता हूँ। एक स्वस्थ दुल्हन रूपी कलीसिया के पिता बनने और उसके सदस्यों को तैयार करने के बाद उन्हें आशीष दे कर भेजें। अब समय आ गया हैं कि वे जाकर नई कलीसिया रोपण करें। कलीसिया रोपण करना स्थायी रूप से प्रचार करने का सबसे अच्छा माध्यम है।

TEN STEPS TO CHURCH PLANTING

Based on Luke 10

Goal: To reap the harvest. 

Problem: Laborers are few. 

Job description: Search and destroy the strongman; Find the man of peace; Plant a multiplying church; Prepare laborers to reap the harvest.

1. Go two by two: Do not take excess baggage. Remember you are going as a lamb and the wolves (evil spirits whose leader is called the Strongman) are waiting to welcome you. Go quietly and prayerfully. Focused prayer walking will reveal the legal and illegal entry points (the gates of Hell). Make a secret entry. Avoid greeting anyone on the way. Remember you are on a search and destroy mission. (Luke 10:1, 4)

There are at least five kinds of prayers you are praying as you are going. Firstly you are asking for nations of that locality because God has asked you to ask for nations (Psalm 2:8). Secondly you are praying to the Lord of harvest for laborers (Math. 9: 37-38). Thirdly you are binding the strongmen in that area. Fourthly you are praying for the revelation of the ‘man of peace’ (Math. 10: 11). Finally you are blessing all the families in that location. (Genesis 12:3)

2. Bind the Strongman and destroy all the strongholds he has built such as centers of occult, alcoholism, pornography, movie theater, smuggling, atheism, idolatry and others. Do not forget the worship of Mammon the god of greed and the Idiot Box in ordinary homes. Then plunder the possessions (peoples) of the strongman (Math. 12:29). People are possession. They are God’s property but Satan has taken them captive. God wants you to rescue them and make them His inheritance. (Psalm 2:8)

3. Find the House of Peace. Finding the ‘Shalom Bayit’ or a ‘Peaceful Home’ is central to the strategy of church planting. It will be your operational base (Church) from where you will launch out to establish the kingdom of God. Jesus was a Jewish Rabbi who trained Jewish disciples in Jewish homes in the Jewish culture. The house of peace is the most contextual place for discipling nations in their own cultural context. People are His tools. This is where He will transform ordinary people into extraordinary channels of His message.

Bless every family as you prayer walk (Genesis 12: 3). Keep prayer walking, binding, loosing and blessing until the ‘Person of Peace’ invites you. Eat and sleep there. You are expecting this family to join the Household of God and so behave like a member of the household and not a just a formal religious visitor (Eph. 2: 19). Do not go from house to house of non-believers (Matthew 10: 5). When there are enough believers in the locality then you can go from house to house. (Luke 10:5-8; Acts 20: 20)

Like Cornelius and Lydia, the Persons of Peace (Huis Eirene) are God fearing and influential otherwise they will not be able to feed you and take care of you and your companions. They are not necessarily Christians at this point. It is your job now not only to bring them into the fold but also to help them establish a church in their house. 

The persons of peace know the local people and therefore they will gather their friends and relations in their house who you have to plunder from the clutches of the evil one. First expel demons and pray for the sick (Math. 10: 8). Where ever Jesus went He first expelled demons and cured diseases and then only He taught. Likewise when Philip the evangelist went to Samaria to preach, the demons came out with a loud voice and the sick were healed. No New Testament churches were planted without a power encounter. There will be healthy awe of the Lord and people will ask what shall we do? (Acts 8: 5, 6) 

4. Then you disciple them through ‘truth encounter’ until they come to repentance (Math. 4:17). Entrance into the Kingdom is through deep repentance. The sacrifices of God are a broken and a contrite heart, which He will not despise. They must confess all sins layer by layer like peeling an onion. Hidden sins will make a person an ineffective Christian. All generational curses must be identified and broken. Like Paul they must undergo deep apostolic conversion. In other words they must feel intensely that they must recompense by witnessing to the lost and bring them into the Kingdom. (Luke 24:47; Psalm 51:17) 

5. Baptize: without delay. ‘Mikve’ is a Hebrew word for ‘Bath of Purification’. Gentiles came to the temple and took bath (baptism) of purification without the help of a priest. Baptism was their personal covenant with God. In the new dispensation they did not go to the temple but took ‘bath of purification’ any where like the Ethiopian in a pond, Lydia in a river and Cornelius at his home.

No where in the New Testament is the authority to baptize delegated only to the pastors. Every believer, regardless of age or gender, is commissioned to baptize (Math 28: 19). All baptisms in the New Testament times, took place on the same day of their repentance and confession of faith in the Lordship of Jesus. A delay in baptism results in the loss of harvesting of souls. (Acts 19: 5, 6)

6. Teach Obedience: To obey means to come under the authority of Jesus. They must discard the devil - the previous authority. As a household of God they must have fellowship together, they must eat together just as a family does. Eating is very important in caste, status and race ridden societies. Teaching must lead to ‘Apostolic Conversion’, which challenges people to ‘go’ and make disciples of all nations. Finally they must pray intercessory prayer with ‘one accord’, just like our Lord is doing for the last 2000 years. (Acts 2: 42, Heb. 7: 25) 

Almost the first thing to teach is spiritual warfare because the expelled evil spirit will return with seven more deadly spirits and if this person cannot protect himself then his condition will be worse then before. Therefore the identification benchmark of a believer is that he can expel demons. (Mark 16:17) 

7. Share Material Blessings: New Believers must learn to share their material blessings. Poor widows gave their last dime or the last morsel for the kingdom. Poverty is a curse (Deut. 28: 48). They can be blessed by giving. Teach them to give money or in kind, from day one. It should be put at the apostle’s feet so that it is spent for apostolic purposes (church planting). Not only spiritual conversion but also ‘financial conversion’ is a must. (Acts 5: 2) 

8. Start a House Church with an open format based on the 1Corinthians 14: 26-31. Do not lead from the front but facilitate. Encourage them to share their dreams, visions, prophecies, revelations etc. Prophecy includes edification, exhortation and comforting. Emphasize ‘one another’ which comes 44 times in the New Testament. Make sure everyone participates and the assembly is not hogged by one or two compulsive talkers. Encourage them to multiply from the beginning by sharing their new found faith with their ‘Oikos’ or the extended family: in the wheat fields, work site, office during tea/lunch break, kitchen, almost anywhere, where two or three gather together in His name. (Math. 18: 20)

9. Equip: The mandate of the Church Universal will be worship. The mandate of the Church now is discipling the nations by equipping the saints. Invite prophets, apostles, teachers and others from the network of churches in your city. This will soon reveal different giftings in your church and also create a bond of unity in the city. Without apostles and prophets there will be no church planting activity (Ephesians 2: 20; 4:11, 12). Equipping does not mean only transferring knowledge and information. It includes imparting Biblically sound church planting skills and empowerment. The lecture method is probably the least effective approach. Get in the fast lane by using the highly interactive open format of the disciples who saturated the area from Jerusalem to Rome and beyond.

10. Send: Fast, pray and lay hands on them and send them to repeat the whole process. Jesus said, ‘As the Father has sent me so I send you’. You have fathered a healthy church, equipped it and now you bless them and send them. It is time for them to go and plant new churches.
