Breaking Curses

मूसा के दस नियम हमें स्पष्ट सिखलाते हैं कि हमारा परमेश्वर जलन रखने वाला परमेश्वर है और वह किसी दूसरे ईश्वर की उपासना को सहन नहीं करता। कोई भी जो इस पाप  को करता है वह तीन से चार पीढ़ियों तक श्रापित हो जाता है। यह न्यायसंगत नहीं दिखई देता, परन्तु फिर भी सत्य है। राजा दाऊद ने व्यभिचार और हत्या किया और यह चरित्र उसके परिवार में कई पीढ़ियों तक चलता रहा। (निर्गमन 20ः 3-5)

व्यवस्थाविवरण 27 और 28 अध्यायों में आशीषें और श्राप दिये गये है। अध्याय 28 में केवल 13 आयतें आशीषों के बारे में बोलती हैं, जबकि 52 आयतें श्रापों के बारे में हैं। यद्धपि बाइबल में श्राप शब्द विभिन्न प्रकार से 230 बार आया है कदाचित आप एक मसीही के नाते सोचते होंगे कि आप इन श्रापों से स्वतंत्र हैं। यह एक गलत सोच है। जब तक कि आप अंगीकार करके अपने सभी पापों को दूर नहीं करते, साथ ही अपने पीढ़ियों के श्रापों को तोड़ नहीं देते तब तक आप पूरी तरह स्वतंत्र नहीं हो पाते।

धर्मशास्त्र पश्चात्ताप की महत्वता पर जोर देता है। यूहन्ना बपतिस्मा देने वाला, (मत्ती 3ः 2) प्रभु यीशु मसीह (मत्ती 4ः 17; लूका 24ः 47), पतरस (प्रेरितों के काम 17ः 29-30) सभी ने पश्चात्ताप को प्राथमिकता दी है। यूहन्ना ने शास्त्री और फरीसियों को सांप के बच्चे कहा और उन्हें पश्चात्ताप करने को कहा। (मत्ती 3ः 7-9)

कुछ पापों की सूची जो हमें श्रापित करते हैं।:

1. यदि आप या आपके पूर्वजों ने मूर्ती पूजा, जादू-टोन्हा, गुप्त विद्या, ज्योतिषि, हस्तरेखा, राशिफल, ताबीज, मंत्र उच्चारण, पशु या मानव बलिदान, झूठे देवता या देवियों का माथे पर टीका, चिन्तन, योगा, रेकी, मनोविज्ञानी से परामर्श, जादू, माध्यम और आत्मा निर्देशक, मृतक पूर्वजों और संतों की पूजा करना, माथा टेकना, शिशुओं को शैतान को समर्पण, दुष्टात्माओं से सम्पर्क या दूकानों में खरीदा सामान जहाँ अगरबत्ती जलाकर दूसरे देवताओं को समर्पण किया हो या कि मूर्ती को चढ़ाया भोजन या नापाक मांस खाया हैं तो अज्ञानता से भी ये सभी पाप आप पर श्राप लाते हैं। इन सब को प्रभु के नाम, वचन, लहु, अपनी गवाही इत्यादि से तोड़ा जा सकता है और भोजन शुद्ध किया जा सकता है। (1 तिमोथि 4ः 4; लैव्य. 20ः 27; व्यवस्थाविवरण 18ः 9-14)

2. यदि आपने अपने माता-पिता का अनादर किया हो।(निर्गमन 20ः 12; मरकुस 7-10)

3. यदि आपने विधवाओं या अनाथों का शोषण किया हो या गरीब नौकरों की मज़दूरी नहीं दी हो, यदि आपने मनुष्यों में उनके निम्न जाति होने, या अनपढ़ या गरीब होने के कारण हीन भावना से विभेद किया हो तो आप श्राप के भागी हैं। (व्यवस्थाविवरण 27ः 19)

4. यदि आपने व्यभिचार किया हो, यदि आपके परिवार में गर्भपात हुआ हो, तो वह हत्या के बराबर है (व्यवस्थविवरण 27ः 20-23; लैव्यव्यस्था 18ः 20)

5. यदि आपने एक विश्वासी अगुवे या अपने भाई की आलोचना की हो तो हत्या का श्राप आपके ऊपर आ पड़ेगा।(1 यूहन्ना 3ः 15; 4ः 20)

6. यदि आपने दशमांश और भेटों को परमेश्वर को देने से चुराया हो तो आप परमेश्वर के श्राप के तले हैं (जर्कयाह 5ः 3-4; मलाकी 3ः 8-11)

7. यदि आपने बाइबल के अतिरिक्त, कोई दूसरी शिक्षा, परम्परा या संस्कारों को प्राथमिकता दी हो। (गलातियों 1ः 8; प्रकाशितवाक्य 22ः 18-19)

8. आप का घर श्रापित हो सकता है यदि वह उस भूमि पर बना है जहाँ निर्दोषों का खून बहाया गया हो या कि भूतकाल में जाटू-टोन्हा का अम्यास किया गया हो, या अवैध कब्जा करके भूमि की वाचा तोड़ी गई हो, चाहे आपको इसका ज्ञान न भी हो इसे दूर करना अवश्य हैं, भूमि की चंगाई आवश्यक है।

9. यदि आपके पास कोई परिचित वस्तु है जो कि किसी दूसरे ईश्वर की पूजा का संकेत है जैसे मूर्तियां, कपड़े, कैलेन्डर परिवारिक वस्तुए, छल्ला, रोज़री, इत्यादि। वे दुष्ट आत्माओं के लिये प्रवेश द्वार खोलते हैं कि उनके साथ जुड़ जाएं। वे आपके जीवन को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं। (व्यवस्थाविवरण 7ः 25-26)

10. विश्वासी भी कभी-कभी स्वयं को या परिवार के सदस्यों और मित्रों को वचन बोलकर श्राप दे देते हैं। यदि आप बोले कि मैं अपनी नाक या शरीर के किसी दूसरे अंग से घृणा करता हँू तो आप अपने स्वयं को श्राप दे रहे हैं। यदि लड़की अपनी महावारी के चलते कहे कि मैं इस माहवारी से घृणा करती हंू तो वह अपने गर्भाशय को श्राप देती है और भविष्य में उसे समस्याएं हो सकती हैं। निरंतर यह कहना कि आपका बच्चा शैतान है तो शैतान उसमें प्रवेश कर सकता है।

पश्चात्ताप प्याज छीलने के समान: जिस प्रकार से एक प्याज परत दर परत छीला जाता है उसी प्रकार हर एक पाप को भी परत दर परत अंगीकार तथा पश्चात्ताप किया जाना है। यदि आप अपने कुछ पाप छिपाते हैं तो आप पूरी तरह श्रापों से स्वतंत्र नहीं होंगे (1 यूहन्ना 1ः 7-9) और आपका जीवन फलदायक नहीं हेागा क्योंकि शैतान आसानी से आपको गड़बड़ा सकता है। इस कारण प्रभु से लगातार प्रार्थना करते रहें कि वह आपके द्वारा किये  गये पापों को स्मरण दिलाता रहे। हर एक पाप के लिये अलग से पश्चात्ताप करें। उसे प्रभु के नाम से तोड़े और पूर्ण विश्वास करें कि आपके पाप क्षमा हो गए हैं। उन पापों को भूल जाएं। यदि शैतान आपको पुनः याद दिलाता है तो उसे दृढ़ता से डांटिये और बताइये कि आपके सारे पाप प्रभु यीशु के लहू से शुद्ध कर दिये गए हैं। (याकूब 1ः 22; 4-17)

प्रार्थना: प्रेमी और दयालु स्वर्गीय पिता आप मेरे हृदय की सब बाते जानते हैं और मेरा कोई भी पाप आपसे छिपा नहीं है। मैं अनुभव करता हूँ कि बिना यीशु मसीह के मैं उद्धार नहीं पा सकता। मैं सही रास्ते से भटक गया था इस कारण मैं अपने पूरे हृदय से अपने पाप को मान लेता हूँ। और मैं अपने हृदय से (पाप का नाम ............................... ) से पश्चात्ताप करता हूँ।

ओ पिता, आज मैं अपने पीढ़ियों के श्रापों, पापों, और अपने परिवार की दुष्टात्माओं की सूची को लेकर आपके पास आया हूँ जो मैंने और मेरे परिवार ने जाने अनजाने में किये हैं। इस कारण मैं स्वभाविक पाप जैसे घमण्ड, घृणा, ईष्र्या और आचरण के पाप जैसे अभिमान, अहंकार और माता-पिता का आदर नहीं देने का पाप, तथा प्रिय जनों और पड़ोसियों से प्रेम नहीं करने आदि पापों का अंगीकार करता हूँ। मैं वस्तुताः पापों का जैसे मूर्तीपूजा और जादू-टोन्हा, दशमांश नहीं देना और मेरे परिवार के चारित्रिक दोषों का भी अंगीकार करता हूँ। मैं अपने हृदय, प्राण और आत्मा से अंगीकार कर पश्चात्ताप करता हूंँ और 1 यूहन्ना 1ः 7-9 के अनुसार क्षमा मांगता हूँ। मैं सभी पापों को धोने का निवेदन करता हूँ, पीढ़ियों के श्रापों को दूर करने, परिचित आत्माएं, शैतान के सभी दबावों और व्यसनो को दूर हटाने, यीशु मसीह के बहते लोहू के द्वारा करता हूँ। यीशु के नाम पर मैं उन सभी द्वारों को बन्द करता हूँ जो मेरे खून के रिश्ते से मुझ पर आते हैं। मैं मेम्ने के लोहू की मोहर को लगाता हूँ। प्रभु आपने मेरी प्रार्थना सुनी इसलिए आपको धन्यवाद देता हूँ।

घोषणा: मैं सभी अंधकार की शक्तियों को घोषणा करता हूँ कि प्रभु यीशु के लोहू ने मेरे खून के रिश्तों और मुझे सभी पीढ़ियों के श्रापों और परिवारिक दुष्टात्माओं से जो हमें सताते थे छुटकारा दिया है। मैं घोषणा करता हूँ कि प्रभु यीशु मेरे लिये क्रूस पर श्रापित बना और मेरे सभी श्रापों को निरस्त कर दिया है।

पिता आपकी पवित्रात्मा के लिये धन्यवाद। अब मैं एक नई सृष्टि हूँ और आपकी आज्ञा पालन हेतु पूरी वचन बद्धता देता हूँ। मेरी प्रार्थना को सुनने के लिये आपको धन्यवाद।

चेतावनी: स्मरण रखे कि आप यीशु मसीह के लोहू के द्वारा पापों से छुड़ाए गये हैं। अब इस नये प्राप्त स्वतंत्रता के साथ, आपको दूसरे लोगों को छुड़ाने में सहायता करना चाहिये, ताकि वे भी परमेश्वर की संतान बन सकें। उद्धार का सुसमाचार, अपने स्वयं तक रखने के लिये नहीं है परन्तु दूसरों के साथ बांटने के लिये है। (गलातियों 3ः 13-14, 20)

परन्तु यदि हम ज्योति में चलें जैसा वह स्वयं ज्योति में है, तो हमारी सहभागिता एक दूसरे से है, और उसके पुत्र यीशु का लहू हमें सब पाप से शुद्ध करता है। यदि हम कहें कि हम में पाप नहीं, तो अपने आप को धोखा देते हैं, और हम में सत्य नहीं है। यदि हम अपने पापों को मान लें तो वह हमारे पापों को क्षमा करने और हमें सब अधर्म से शुद्ध करने में विश्वासयोग्य और धर्मी है। (1 यूहन्ना 1ः 7-9)

Breaking Curses

The Ten Commandments of Moses clearly teach us that our God is a jealous God and that He does not tolerate the worship of any other god. Any one indulging in this sin can be cursed right up to the third and fourth generation. This may not appear fair but it is true. King David committed adultery and murder and these character traits persisted in his family for many generations. (Exodus 20: 3-5)

 Both blessings and curses are mentioned in Deuteronomy 27 and 28. In chapter 28 only 13 verses speak about blessings; where as 52 verses are about curses. Altogether the word ‘curse’ comes in various forms about 230 times in the Bible. Perhaps you think that as a Christian you are free from these curses. This is misconception. Unless you confess and revoke all your sins and the sins of your forefathers, you may not be completely free.

The Scriptures emphasize the importance of repentance. John the Baptist (Matthew 3: 2); the Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 4: 17; Luke 24: 47), Peter (Acts 2: 38; 2 Peter 3: 9), Paul (Acts 17: 29, 30) all give priority to repentance. John called the self-righteous Jews, a brood of vipers and told them to repent. (Matthew 3: 7- 9)

List of some sins that cause us to be cursed: -

1. If you or your ancestors have participated in idolatry, sorcery, occult, astrology, palmistry, horoscopes, wearing amulet, chanting mantras, animal or human sacrifices, telepathy, worship of false gods and goddesses, meditation, yoga, consulting psychic healers, witchcraft, mediums and spirit guides, worship of the deceased ancestors and saints, dedicating babies to Satan, covenanting with evil spirits, accepting food offered to idols, even innocently can bring a curse upon you. (Deuteronomy 18: 9-14; 20: 1-5; 32: 17-35)

2. Besides these, for dishonoring your parents. (Deuteronomy 20:12; Matthew 15: 9)

3. If you have exploited widows, orphans or have not given proper wages to poor servants. If you have discriminated against people because of their being of low-castes, illiterates or poor. (Deuteronomy 27: 19)

4. If you have committed adultery. If abortion has been done in your family, then it amounts to murder (Deuteronomy 27: 20-23; Leviticus 18: 22)

5. If you have criticized a believer, pastor or your brother, then the curse of murder is upon you. (1John 3: 15; 4: 20)

6. If you have abstained from giving, therefore have stolen from the tithes and offerings to God, and then you are under God’s curse. (Zechariah 5: 3, 4; Malachi 3: 8-11)

7. If you have given preference to any other teaching, tradition or ritual, which is extra-biblical. (Galatians 1: 8; Revelation 22: 18, 19)

8. Your house may be cursed if it is built on land where innocent blood has been shed or occult has been practiced in the past or the land covenant has been broken even though you might not be aware of it. It will need to be revoked. Healing of the land is required.

9. If you own any ‘familiar object’, which is a symbol of worship of other gods, like statues, clothes, calendars, family heirlooms, trinkets rosaries etc., they are what the Bible calls ‘abominations’. They open doors for the evil spirits to get attached to them, which can affect your life adversely. (Deuteronomy 7: 25, 26)

10. Even believers sometimes casually curse themselves or their family members and friends by the words they speak. If you say ‘I hate my nose or some other part of the body’, then you might be cursing yourself. A girl having her periods may say ‘I hate this monthly curse’, is cursing her womb, and can have problems later on. Constantly saying that your child has the devil in him will result in the devil getting into him.

Onion Peel Repentance: Just as an onion is peeled layer by layer, so every sin has to be to confessed, repented and revoked separately. If you hide some of your sins, then you will not be completely free from curses (1 John 1: 7-9) and your life will not be fruitful because then the devil can easily manipulate you. Therefore, keep praying that the Lord may remind you all the sins that have been committed. Repent for each sin separately and revoke it and then ask God to heal your memories of the past. (James 1: 22; 4: 17)

Prayer: - O loving and merciful heavenly Father, You know everything in my heart and no sin of mine is hidden from You. I realize that without Jesus Christ, I cannot attain salvation. I had strayed from the true path, and so I repent with all my heart and confess my (name of the sin.........................)

O Father, today I come with a list of all our generational curses, sins and wickedness that my family and I have knowingly and unknowingly committed. I therefore, confess behavioral sins like pride, hatred, jealousy etc., sins of attitude like arrogance, unforgiveness, sins of not honoring parents, loved ones and neighbors. I confess sins of substance abuse, involvement in occult, idolatry, of not tithing and moral lapses in my family. I confess and repent with my heart, soul and spirit and ask forgiveness according to Your Word in 1 John 1: 7-9 and claim cleansing from all sins, removal of generational curses and familial spirits, deliverance from all satanic oppression and addiction, through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus I close the door to all the evil coming upon me and my blood relations and put a seal of the blood of the lamb and forever. Lord thank you for hearing my prayer. 

Declaration: I declare to all the powers of darkness that the blood of Jesus has delivered me and my blood relations from all generational curses and familial spirits that afflict us. I declare that Jesus became the curse for me on the cross and has nullified all curses. 

Thank you Father for Your Holy Spirit can accomplish what no one can do. From now on I am a new creation and I give my full commitment to obey You. Thank You for hearing my prayer. 

Warning: Remember you have been redeemed from sin by the blood of Jesus Christ. Now with this newfound freedom you must help other people find release so that they can also become the children of God. The good news of salvation is not for keeping it to yourself but for sharing with others. (Galatians 3: 13-14, 26)
