PERSECUTION GOD’S STRATEGY FOR REACHING THE ENDS OF THE EARTH

God’s vision is that this gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world and then the end will come. (Matt. 24:14)

To fulfil that purpose, He sent Yeshua who bought people with his blood and made them royal priests. (Rev. 5:9,10; 1Peter 2:9)

God’s goal is to see all nations, tongues and tribes standing before his Throne and worshipping Him. (Rev. 7:9,10)

For this to happen Yeshua showed a pattern. The first century Christians were the only people in earth who had no sacred buildings, professional priests, weekly worship, political, social or financial muscle power, and yet grew and multiplied exponentially, because all they had was the power of the Holy Spirit.

Even though Paul had strictly warned against changing the traditions (Gal. 1:8; 2Thes 3:8-10), overtime, the DNA of this basic pattern was corrupted by man-made rituals and traditions. It became barren and the church went int the dark ages when it persecuted and murdered its own people by the millions. This model with corrupted DNA with no burden for the lost continues to dominate the world scene, is now ready for implosion from within.

Of late persecution has spiked all over the world, with tens of thousands of believers suffering from subtle forms of ostracization to being tortured, incarcerated, or even murdered. In some countries, it is the governments with different ideologies, while in others it is religious fanatics and fringe groups who see Christianity as the relic of colonialism, exploitation and oppression while others see it as a threat to their religions, traditions and culture. To a large extent this is true because most churches are Western clones and culturally inappropriate and unacceptable. There is an urgent need to reboot the original model, if we are to reach the ends of the earth.

The churches are now more or less divided into two main denominations, the Old Wineskin, with the corrupted DNA with little burden for the lost and the other is the Household of God model with relational glue that are exploding all over the world.  The dead organizational model is becoming obsolete and the living organism model is now the new norm.
