SEVEN GENDER BLENDERS
- The Great Commission applies to women as well as they are also disciples of Yeshua and therefore commissioned to make disciples, baptizing and equipping them (Matt. 28:19; Mark 16:15-17).
- In the last days, Yeshua is pouring out His Spirit on all flesh. This includes women whom the Holy Spirit empowers to prophesy, to cast out demons, to cure diseases, to make disciples and to plant Ekklesias. They also have power over all the powers of the enemy (Acts 2:17-18; Luke 9:1-2; 10:19).
- Women are a chosen generation, royal priests, and God’s personal possession. Yeshua shed His blood to make all believers, regardless of gender and ethnicity, to function as priests who offer up lost souls as a living sacrifice, as kings to reign on earth (Rev.1:6; 5:10;1Pet.2:5,9; John15:16).
- There is neither male nor female in the Messiah. Women can sing psalms, teach doctrines, interpret tongues, and fully participate in the edification of the Body of Messiah, including the giving of baptism, the serving of Communion and the planting of Assemblies (Gal. 3:27-29; 1 Cor. 14:26).
- Yeshua has given the keys of the kingdom to women also. When two or three women gather in His name, they are an authentic Ekklesia, because He is present. They can ask for anything that glorifies God and He will do it (Matt. 16:19; 18:18-20).
- The fivefold equipping gifts were given by our Lord to His Bride, which includes women who serve as apostles, prophets, teachers, shepherds, and evangelists, equipping the saints for different ministries, for the edification of the Bride (Eph. 4:11-13).
- Women are also created in the image of God (Gen. 1:27). As the Bride of Christ, they are ordained to birth and to nurture new Brides. One day the Bride will don her beautiful white robes, take up palm branches in her hands, and stand before the throne of God, praising and worshipping Him (Rev. 7:9,10; 2 Cor. 5:17-20).
GEMS:
- Yeshua said, “It is not You who have chosen Me, rather it is I who have ordained, consecrated and appointed you to bear abundant fruit that reproduces” (John 15:8, 16).
- An Ekklesia is where regardless of gender, disciple-makers, baptizers, equippers and senders are made.
- Reading and studying the Scriptures is academics, implementing it,
- is mission. (Jam. 1:22; Luke 8:21)
- What kind of legacy are you planning to leave behind, gold, silver, property, wealth, worldly achievements which are all temporal and therefore perishable or are you leaving something for which generations will bless you? (Deut. 30:19; Gen 12:3)
- Jim Elliot a Christian missionary, one of five killed during Operation Auca, an attempt to evangelize the Huaorani people of Ecuador epitomized this quote, “He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep, to gain that which he cannot lose!” Jim Elliot was willing to take risks to sow the seed of the Gospel in obedience to The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20).
