QUESTIONS THAT DEMAND ANSWERS

 Q. D. A.

1. The Lord once said, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of harvest to send out laborers into His harvest” (Matt. 9:37-38). He sent out the twelve disciples 2x2 who brought back 70 more disciples. He then sent out these two by two, to find “the sons of peace,” instructing them to eat, heal the sick and preach the Kingdom (Mark 6:7; Luke 10:1-10; Acts 1:8).

Q. Is your church doing all this? If not, why?

2. The main task of the Ekklesia is so to equip disciples that the Body of Messiah grows and multiplies (Eph. 4:12). It is an equipping center where new disciples are constantly groomed and sent out to reap the harvest. We need millions more “sons of peace” from all nations, tongues, and tribes, who must be discipled so that every human habitation has its own witness (Isa. 60:21-22; Rev. 11:15).

Q. Is your church an equipping center? Or merely a social gathering?

3. “Go into the entire world and preach the Gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15).

Q. Is the gospel being preached by your church in your city (let alone the rest of the world)? If not, should you not be concerned?

4. “Go make disciples of all nations; baptize them and make them obedient to all My teachings” (Matt. 28:18-20).

Q. Is the Great Commission operational in your church, or is it a Great Omission?

5. “This Gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, then the end will come” (Matt. 24:14).

Q. Will this Gospel of the kingdom reach all the different ethnic groups in your city? If you will not do so, then who will?

6. “And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations…” (Luke 24:47).

Q. The first task in the process of disciple-making is to bring people to repentance. As a result of your ministry, are sinners running for sackcloth, falling on their knees, and repenting of their sins? If not, should you not be repenting?

7. “As the Father has sent Me, I also send you” (John 20:21).

Q. Is your church sending disciples as Yeshua did? If not, why?

8. “You shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8).

Q. The one sure sign of receiving the Holy Spirit is not speaking in tongues, but boldly witnessing (Acts 4:31). Yeshua started His ministry immediately after receiving the Holy Spirit, as did Peter and Paul. If you have received the Holy Spirit, should you not be witnessing to others?

9. “Who turn the world upside down have come here too” (Acts 17:6).

Q. Are you being accused of turning the world upside down?

10. “The Lord said to my Lord, ‘Sit at my right hand, till I make your enemies your footstool.’” (Acts 2:34-35).

Q. Yeshua is patiently waiting for us to make His enemies His footstool. Will our going to church religiously every week make His enemies His footstool? If not, then would it not be better to quit whatever you are doing and start trampling over Devil’s strongholds? (Rom. 16:20)

11. “And so I have made it my aim to preach the Gospel where Messiah was not named. I have fully preached the Gospel to those whom He was not announced” (Rom. 15:20-23).

Q. Are you able to boast like Paul, that there is no place left where the gospel has not been preached? If you are not replicating Paul’s model, then should you not stop sermonizing from his Epistles?”

12. “The Lord is long-suffering … not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance” (2 Pet. 3:9).

Q. God does not want anyone to perish, but the way the church is functioning, it is quite possible that all, including church members, will perish. Should you not be concerned about all the people in its city who are heading straight for the gates of hell? (Jonah 4:11).

13. “God desires all men to be saved and to come to know the truth” (1 Tim.2:4).

Q. Will all men come to know the truth (Yeshua) and be saved through your busy programs at church? If not, then should you not scuttle those programs and reboot?

14. “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).

Q. Is Christ in you the hope of Gentiles? If yes, then praise God. Otherwise, Hell is always ready with its mouth wide open to swallow up the multitudes that enter.

15. Do you know that you will be held accountable for them? (Isa. 5:14; Ezek. 33:8). The best way is to show them the narrow way if they want to escape the wide-open jaws of Hell (Matt. 7:14).

Q. Does going to a church makes you a Christian?

16. Walking into a garage no more makes you a mechanic than going to a hamburger shop makes you a hamburger.

Q. Yeshua said, “I will build my Ekklesia. Do your members realize that they are the Ekklesia wherever two or three flock…be it the marketplace, office, school, hospital or any workplace and their neighborhood…and they are there to impose the Kingdom laws of love, justice, peace, dignity and prosperity (Matt. 16:18,19).

17. If not, then are you not failing in helping Yeshua in building His Ekklesia? (1Pet. 2:5)
