Yeshua needs LABORERs

1. The Lord issued this explicit command “Pray the Lord of the harvest for laborers.” There are millions of Christians but few laborers; fewer than 2% can share their faith with others. Some are willing but do not know ‘how to’ work in His vineyard. (Matt. 9:37-38; 2Tim. 2:15)

2. Sadly most missionaries tend to go where there is already a high density of missionaries, taking resources with them. Even so the output per Christian worker is dismal.

3. When someone says that they have no time or resources to go, what they really mean is that they do not want to go. This is an attitude and obedience issue.

4.  God Himself is a laborer and we are His co- laborers. (1Cor. 3:9; John 5:17; Rom. 1:1; James 1:1)

5. There are two kinds of workers, those who work for the filthy lucre and others who need not be ashamed. Unprofitable Servants will suffer loss. (Matt 25:30; Prov. 21:25;1 Pet 5:2; 2 Cor. 11:13; Ps. 5:5; 2 Tim. 2:15)

6. Profitable servants are those who prove faithful in small things, multiplying their God given spiritual resources. They produce thirtyfold, sixtyfold and even a hundredfold harvest. (Col. 4:12; 1 Thes. 2:9; 2 Thes. 3:8; Mark 4:8)

7. Yeshua needs reapers of the harvest who know how to wield a sickle. He is coming back with a sharp sickle in his hand to reap the earth. (Rev. 14:14-19; Joel 3:13)

8. The best way to reap the five billion lost people of the world, is to invest yourself in twelve laborers and send them on 2x2 to do the same. (Luke 10:2; Phil. 4:19)
