SIXTEEN ESSENTIALS FOR SPARKING A HYPERSONIC CPM

1. Recognizing that wherever two or three congregate is an authentic church fully empowered to take possession of their inheritance. “Fear not little flock for it has pleased the Father to give you the kingdom” (Matt. 18:20; Luke 12:32)

2. Fully preaching the gospel with mighty signs where Christ has not been named. Binding and demolishing the strongman through signs, healings and miracles.

3. Developing a life style of “Seeking a person of peace” and “Saving the lost” and “Offering them as living sacrifice” on the holy altar which is the house church.

4. Participatory Apostolic teaching to make them obedient, with sharp focus on the Great Commission: to make disciples, baptize, equip and send.

5. Inculcate “Royal Priesthood” mentality and identity and practice priesthood of all believers as multipliers from the beginning by making disciplers, baptizers, equippers and senders.

6. Breaking bread and sharing material blessings and the whole counsel of God, from house to house.

7. Prayer walking as a life style, adopting streets and cities, reaching out to neighbours in loving service.

8. Choose as trainers and coaches only those who are proven “movement catalysts” that have come up through the ranks by their fruitful work and have the boldness to engage in dialogue with nonbelievers, and are sold out on giving every lost person an opportunity to obey Christ.

9. Culture specific training for finding bridges. New converts are encouraged to remain in their communities, follow local cultural practices (unless they are clearly idolatrous, immoral or unjust), aim at family and communal conversions, and study the Scriptures themselves (1 Cor. 7:17-24; Acts 17:11).

10. Pro-actively seeking, finding and empowering local Persons of Peace to recognize their homes/office/workplaces as the primary nuclear church.

11. Avoid long term bonding with any group which takes away productive time. While relationships may continue, prolonged flocking with the mother church should be history, “As the Father has sent me so I send you.” Focus on sending 2x2. ( Acts 13:1-3)

12. Deploying tri-generational labourers, empowering senior men and women, with major focus on the youth and children, as volunteers for launching CPM among people of oral cultures by offering courses in chronological Bible Storying and other oral strategies.

13. Intentional mending and enlarging local, regional, national and even international House church Network (HCN) so that no fish can escape through the holes in the net.

14. Being an effective and productive Fisher of men, must remain the goal of every believer.

15. Monitor ‘generational growth’ rather than just the number of baptisms. Map your family tree of spiritual children that birthed grand-and great-grandchildren.

16. Constant evaluation and course correction and raising the bar to see that the goals are being met, territories are possessed, and new domains are being opened up.
