GODS’ CONCEPT PLANS
PLAN A – GOD CHOSE ISRAEL
ISRAEL CHOSE OTHERWISE
God chose Israel to spread abroad, even unto, “The isles afar off, that have not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the Gentiles. And they shall bring all your brethren for an offering unto the LORD out of all nations” … Israel chose the temple, the professional priesthood, and the Sabbath to bless themselves — all very biblical, but not exactly what God wanted them to do. Further, instead of being a blessing to the heathen, they despised them, and instead of spreading abroad, they stayed put in Canaan. But God’s purposes cannot be defeated, so He grabbed them by the scruff of their necks and scattered them abroad, where they spent the better part of their history as slaves in the diaspora. Sadly, even there most Jews lived in ghettos, built synagogues, and appointed professional rabbis to teach traditions, which God never intended. God then rejected them as His priests, allowing them to perish by millions (Hosea 4:6-10).
PLAN B – GOD’S GLOBAL PLAN
Even in diaspora, God had a global plan. Because he sent Joseph to Egypt, it became the richest, culturally most advanced and the mightiest nation on earth. He later sent Moses to show His supremacy. He sent Esther and Mordecai to Persia. This dynamic duo ruled 127 provinces, from India to Ethiopia. Through their bold action, thousands converted to Judaism (Esther 8:17; 9:2728). Purim is celebrated in remembrance of Haman and his ten sons being hanged. Dussehra (defeat of the ten) and Diwali (festival of lights) the most popular festivals are celebrated all over India. Still later God sent Daniel and his friends to Babylon resulting in a decree to all the known kingdoms of the world to honor Daniel’s God (Daniel 6:25.26). Daniel’s territory extended almost to Nepal where Buddha was born. Buddha was Daniel’s contemporary (600 and 500 BCE). No wonder some find similarities in the Ten Commandments of Moses and the Eightfold path of Buddhism! Thus, by the time Yeshua came, God of Abraham was known all over the world. Sadly, Judaism merged with local pagan cultures and withered.
PLAN C – YESHUA’S ACTION PLAN
After Plans A and B failed to bear fruit, God sent his only son Yeshua to accomplish the same task. First, He affirmed the priesthood of all believers (1 Pet. 2:9; Rev. 1:6; 5:10). Second, He gave a mandate to His disciples to become a blessing to all the families of the nations (Luke 10:5-6; Matt. 28:19). Then He gave the simple but highly effective goal-driven strategy for every believer to achieve this objective, by being His witnesses to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8).
THE CHURCH FOLLOWS ISRAEL
Yeshua died on a cross to replace the hereditary priesthood with the priesthood of all believers. On Yeshua’s death on his cross, the Spirit of God tore through the veil, leaving the temple desolate and making the priesthood obsolete. Sadly, like Israel, the church built temples, hired priests to bless herself, and forgot the mandate to bless others.
THE CHURCH BECOMES A CANNIBAL
Worse still, the organized church turned on its own faithful who dared to worship God in truth and spirit in their homes. The established church declared them heretics and murdered them by the millions, all in the name of religion. It started seminaries to train priests to perpetuate the evil system of clergy domination and exploitation of ordinary believers.
A HOUSE OF PRAYER OR A DEN OF THIEVES?
The Ekklesia is not just a happy-clappy worshipful company having a wonderful time; she has a task to do. It is a colony of heaven on earth to colonize what remains. The ignorance regarding her task of disciple-making the nations is pathetic. She has effectively slammed shut the door of salvation on millions of people who should be discipled into the kingdom. Yeshua chased the Jewish merchants out of the temple, declaring, “My house shall be a house of prayer for all nations.” According to Him, without Gentiles being discipled, the church is a den of thieves (Matt. 9:17; Mark 2:22; 11:17; 1Cor. 14:24-25).
THE MEGA SHIFT
Having patiently waited for 2000 years, and seeing the atrocities, the apostate church committed, the Lord is now putting his final Plan into action. He is now restoring new wineskins (House Groups) for the new wine of the Gentiles that are coming in. In the last decade, millions in developing countries have entered the kingdom through these humble “Households of God”. With the corona virus all religious institutions have been locked down. However, the Household of God are surging forth as never before. With all these people praying, proclaiming and possessing the land, the Kingdom is going ballistic.
GEMS:
- God ordained Israel, a nation of priests and kings, to ordain royal priests from all nations (Exo.19:5-6)
- He commanded them to spread abroad like the dust of the desert and blessed them to be a blessing to all the nations of the earth (Gen. 28:14).
- Israel, however, disobeyed and built synagogues, appointed rabbis, decreed Laws over and above Mosaic Laws and despised the Gentiles.
- He ordained His people as royal priests, to go make disciples so he can build his Ekklesia of all nations (1 Pet. 2:9; Matt. 28:19; Rev. 5:9,10).
- The church disobeyed and constructed buildings, hired clergy, designed unbiblical traditions, celebrates a weekly holy day, Christmas, and Easter, but has no time for seeking and saving the lost.
